March 27 – 30 NASCAR / Dirt Track Legends Schedule

• Parking
  You will be allowed to park your trailer in the infield of the Superspeedway starting at 6:00am on Sunday, March 30. You will not be able to drive into the Superspeedway infield before Sunday, March 30 at 6:00am. You will, however, be able to walk into the Superspeedway infield on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with you Legends Credential.
  The Dirt Track Pit Gate will open on Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29 at 2:30pm. If you plan on coming out to the track before your respective Pit Gate opens, you will be able to park your trailer in the old VIP Campgrounds. The Old VIP Campgrounds are located across the street from the paved Bus Parking Lot, behind Hospitality Village. The entrance to the Old VIP Campground is on Victory Circle and Parsons Lane, just west of Allison Ave, across from the Operations Ranch. You will need to have your Legends Credentials before you park in this lot. The Old VIP Campground is a grass lot, with gravel roads. You can park your trailers on the gravel road of this lot to keep them from getting stuck in the event of inclement weather. If you are racing at the Dirt Track, you will be allowed to keep your trailer in the Dirt Track Pit overnight on Friday. On Saturday after the Dirt races are over, you will have to move
  your trailer out of the Dirt Track Pit. You will be able to park your trailer in the Old VIP Campground after Saturday night’s Dirt Race.
• Credentials
  Credentials will be available only at the Texas Motor Speedway Credential Office during
  the following times:
  - Thursday, March 27 – 12:00pm – 5:00pm
  - Friday, March 28 – 10am – 5pm
  - Saturday, March 29 – 8am – 5pm
  - Sunday, March 30 – 7am – 10am
  Competitors must be registered, and have their Credentials picked up and paid for, before access to any parking or Pit area will be allowed. Every individual must pick up his or her credential. No one can pick up your credential for you. Minors must have a parent with them to sign a release when they pick up their credentials. Entry forms are available at the Lone Star Legends dealership. For a Fax copy of the Entry form, please call Lone Star Legends at (817) 255-6000. Credentials can be paid for in advance, or at the TMS Credential Office during the posted Credential Office hours the week of the race. Your $50 Legends Credential will give you access to the spectator infield area of the Superspeedway on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You do not need to pay $50 for each race you are attending. The $50 entry fee is good for one, two or all three races. If you are racing at the Dirt Track on Friday and/or Saturday, your Legends Credential will give you access to both the Dirt Track Pit and Superspeedway infield. If you are not racing at the Dirt Track, your Legends Credential will only allow access to the Superspeedway infield.

Our time will be limited, so we will have to run the races as fast and smooth as possible. Please do all that you can to help with this. It is extremely important that you make sure you racecars are in proper running order. Check them for leaks, or potential leaks that could come from loose parts, moving parts rubbing oil lines, etc. The fewer problems we have on the track, the more time we will have available to race. Also, please keep in mind that any delays due to accidents or fluid spills could cause drivers in your class, or other classes, to have their races shortened. Have fun, but use your head.

It is possible that different classes of cars may be combined, or laps per race may be shortened depending on time constraints.

Races will run back to back. There will be no delay in between Feature Races.
